How to remove Learners and Moderators from a Learning Path Module (Admin)

As a System Admin, you can remove a learner or a moderator from a Learning Path module when necessary. Doing so will un-enroll the member from the module and bar them from accessing it further. It can also be a great method to reset learner progress and then enroll the learner back into a module!

To do so, first navigate to 'Learning Paths.' Then select the 'Modules Management' tab.

On your Modules Management page, click 'Modules' on the far, left-side panel. Hover over the '...' icon next to the 'View' option of the module. This will load a dropdown menu.

In the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Members.' This will bring you to the 'Members' page of the module wherein you can manage both members and moderators for the specific module.

 

 

 

Removing Learners from a Module

To remove learners, click the Learners tab and then select the '...' icon across from the specific learner you would like to remove.

 

 

You will then be prompted to confirm the removal by typing in the phrase 'REMOVE MEMBER.' Type this into the space provided, and then select one of the (2) options presented:

  • Remove Member - to simply remove the learner from the module.

  • Remove Member and Responses - to remove the learner and completely reset their module progress.

 

 

Once you make your choice, the changes will automatically take effect, and the learner will be removed.

 

 

Removing Moderators from a Module

To remove moderators, click the Moderators tab and then click the '...' icon across from the specific moderator you would like to remove.

 

 

You will then be prompted to confirm the removal by typing in the phrase 'REMOVE MODERATOR.' Type this into the space provided, and then select Remove Moderator.
