How to set automated event and meeting reminders in TORSH Talent
Note: This feature is only available to Premium systems.
In TORSH Talent, you can set automated meeting reminders for the events you schedule in your Calendar. To enable this, first click on the 'calendar icon' to display your calendar of upcoming events and show all of your meeting requests.
To configure your meeting reminders, click the 'Configure' option.
Next, scroll down to 'Send Automated Reminders?' By default, you will have (2) notifications set to email you (1) day in advance as well as (60) minutes in advance. You can edit/delete these options at as you see fit by clicking the appropriate dropdown items.
You may add as many reminders as you would like. To set a new reminder, click 'New Reminder,' then choose whether you would like to have it sent to you as an Email to the email address assigned to your account or as a Notification through the TORSH Talent website. Set how far in advance you would like your reminder, and you're done!
