Why does my TORSH Talent Mobile App not allow me to save or export videos?
By default, the TORSH Talent mobile app allows users to save videos and files outside of the mobile app. Through the mobile app, users can either visit their Videos & Files page and choose to have a specific video 'Save to Photo Gallery,' or they can visit their Local Storage library (found in Advanced Settings) and choose to 'Export' a specific video file from the mobile app.
If you do not have either of these options available to you in your TORSH Talent mobile app, it is because your System Admins have enabled a system setting that disables the ability to save or export videos/files outside of the mobile app.
This setting is often implemented as an extra security measure by some systems in our Talent HIPAA-Secure platform to ensure that all videos recorded/uploaded through the mobile app are securely kept in one place.
