By default, an observer has seven days to respond to an Observation Feedback Request from another coach or admin before the observer can modify and publish the observation. However, a system admin can manage this duration from the System Settings page of their Admin Management Panel.
Managing Observation Feedback Request Duration Time
As an Admin, you can manage the Feedback Request duration time, navigate to your 'System Settings.' From there, jump to the 'Observation Settings' section and input the number of days the user has to complete the feedback. If this box is empty or set to 0, the time allowed for feedback will be infinite. When a feedback request is active and not complete, the observer cannot modify or publish the observation.
