Archiving is an easy way to clean up your Videos & Files page and store artifacts that you are no longer focusing on.
To archive a video or file in Talent, simply click on the 'gear icon' in the right-hand corner of the video you would like to archive and select 'Quick Archive' in the dropdown menu that appears. This will save your artifact to the 'ARCHIVE' folder of your Videos & Files page. Archived files will not be visible within any filter of the rest of your Videos & Files page except by visiting this folder specifically.
Archiving Shared Videos & Files
If you archive a video that has been shared with you, it only removes it from your Videos & Files view, not from the user who shared it.
If you archive a video you uploaded and shared, it only removes it from your view, not from the people you shared it with. The users you shared it with will still have access to the video.
Restoring Archived Videos & Files
If you would like to bring the archived file back into your Videos & Files page, you can do so at any time. Open your 'ARCHIVE' folder from the bottom of the left-side panel of your Videos & Files page.
Within your Archive, find the file you would like to restore. Next, click on its 'gear icon,' and select the 'Restore' option from the dropdown menu.
