In TORSH Talent, you can turn on Automatic Sharing to share all of the videos and files you upload with other specified users on the platform.
NOTE: This change is not retroactive. This will only automatically share videos & files uploaded moving forward, NOT videos & files uploaded before this setting change.
To set up Automatic Sharing, click on your 'profile icon' in the top, right-hand corner of Talent and then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Once on your Account Settings page, scroll down to see the section for 'Automatic Sharing.' Click the toggle button next to 'Share New Videos & Files' to display it as 'On.'
Below this, you can choose who you would like to automatically share videos and files with. Click the 'pencil icon' and enter the name of the the user and/or groups you want to share your videos and files with automatically.
Click the 'checkmark icon' to save your changes. Moving forward, all of the videos & files you upload will be automatically shared with the people you selected.
