How to make users appear as 'Online' when attempting to initiate a Zoom call in Talent

If you have used the integrated Zoom feature in TORSH Talent successfully in the past or you are sure that your Zoom Integration has been set up correctly in Talent, check out the following tips to help make logged-in users appear as 'Online' before initiating a Zoom call in Talent:

  1. Before logging into Talent, all users should make sure they have the latest version of their web browsers installed. You can learn more in this Help article here .
  2. If you do not see a user as 'Online' a couple of minutes after they have logged into Talent, please refresh your browser.
  3. If participating in a meeting via the web browser on a mobile device or tablet, please ensure that each user has the Zoom application installed on their device.

Note: You will not appear as 'Online' when looking at yourself in the Zoom feature within Talent. Only other users will appear as Online.
