To restore a previously deleted Observation or Self Assessment, navigate to Coaching Corner in your top navigation bar. Then, click the 'Observations' tab.
Once there, locate the left-side panel and click on 'Trash' at the very bottom. Here you can locate the deleted observation or self assessment. Hover over its '...' icon in the Actions column, then select 'Restore.'
NOTE: Deleted observations/self assessments will only live in your Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
