Is the TORSH Talent Mobile App HIPAA-compliant?
If you are a Talent HIPAA-secure (Talent HS) user, you are more than welcome to download and use the TORSH Talent Mobile App!
The TORSH Talent Mobile App is HIPAA-compliant, so long as the user of the mobile app is the only person using their mobile device, and their mobile device is password protected.
Mobile App System Settings (Admin)
System Admins can implement even further security on TORSH Talent mobile app users within their system by enabling the following setting in their System Settings, under the section titled 'Mobile.'
As an Admin, will have the following options to manage for all mobile app users in your system:
- Videos & files will be removed from mobile storage in the TORSH Talent mobile app after they are successfully uploaded to Talent. The videos and files will still be available in the mobile app while the device is connected to the internet.
- The option to download a video or file from the web app to the mobile device will no longer be available in the mobile app.
- The option to export or import videos or files to or from the mobile app to the camera roll will no longer be available.
- Automatic Upload will always be enabled, and the user will not be able to turn that feature off.
- Users will need to re-enter their credentials each time they open the app.
