January 31, 2023 Release Notes

All coach user profiles now contain a Subject and a Grade field, like mentees, and that information is displayed in the 'Domains and Dimensions Score' report. This information is also able to be uploaded as a CSV file.
As an admin, you can now filter the 'Insights Video Interaction' and the 'Video Commentary with Rubric' reports by alias in a role.
The name of the 'Artifacts' column in the 'Video Usage' report has been changed to 'Attachments' to be more specific.
As an admin, you will now see statistics on video downloads in the 'Activity Stream' report. The 'Activity Stream' report now contains filters for 'Video Downloaded,' 'Original Video Downloaded,' 'Document Downloaded,' and 'Original Document Downloaded.'
New time filter options have been added to Insights reporting for admins/coaches! You can now track information based on the school year without having to specify the date each time in the 'Custom Date Range' option. You can now choose 'Entire School Year' as an option in the time filter for reports.
Network Admins can now filter reports by system.
The 'Coaching Log Distribution' report is now downloadable as a PDF, including the visuals created on the page.

Upon request, systems can now choose for the Support Menu to display the TORSH Support Phone Number to reach customer support. [READ MORE]

As an admin/coach, you can now change the title of an observation without diving into the observation details itself. To do so, simply click the pencil icon next to an observation's name.
As an admin/coach performing an observation, the name of the mentee being observed will be clearly displayed.
Admins/coaches now have the ability to 'Modify & Clone' an observation. You can clone (or copy) an observation, modify it as needed, and then reassign it to another mentee. This can be useful for coaches/admins who may do observations of several co-mentees mentees at once. Instead of copying and pasting into a new observation, they can clone and modify the observation as needed. [READ MORE]

As an admin, you can now change multiple user role aliases in bulk. This is restricted to users mapped to the same role within the same system, and can be done in the Bulk Actions menu.
As an admin, you will now receive a clear indication when an invitation email has been reset, as well as provided with a direct account creation link you can share with the new user you are inviting to your system.

Admins can now change the alias of "Coaching Logs" by going to System Settings>Customization. You can then scroll down to 'Coaching Logs Label' to change how it displays in your system.

The Goals page has been enhanced to allow users to attach specific coaching logs as evidence of completing certain goals.

You can now see a more accurate number of Public Views for public exemplars. Previously, the views were only counting logged in users. This change now tracks views of non-logged in viewers.
