Permission-Based Sharing: The Share Modal has been updated for both draft and published data forms, allowing users to assign permissions at three levels: [LEARN MORE]
- View: Users can view the form without making changes.
- Edit: Users can make changes to the form.

Manage: Users can edit the form and modify sharing settings.

Updated Coaching Corner: Shared data forms are now accessible through updated tables in Coaching Corner:

Shared With Me: Displays data forms shared by others.

Shared By Me: Displays data forms you’ve shared with others.

Lightbox functionality has been added to provide detailed information about who has access and their permission levels.

Collaborative Editing with Locking Mechanisms: To prevent editing conflicts, form components are locked when being edited by one user, with visible avatars indicating active editors. This ensures that multiple users can work on the same form collaboratively without overwriting each other’s changes.

Version History for Accountability: Version tracking has been implemented for both draft and published data forms. Changes are logged with details, including the user who made the edit and the timestamp, providing transparency and accountability in form editing.

Improved Data Form Date Handling: The original creation date of a data form remains unchanged, while the completion date updates whenever the form is re-published, ensuring accurate tracking of form lifecycle events.

Observation Feedback Request Modal Update: The Observation Feedback Request modal now allows group selections for feedback requests. Group members can be assigned customizable permission levels, improving the flexibility and efficiency of feedback workflows.

Component Type Switching: Authors can now toggle between compatible component types within Learning Paths and Data Forms. This functionality ensures that content and settings transfer automatically when switching types, reducing repetitive work.
