Videos & Files
Bulk Download Enhancements: Currently, users have to download each item in their Videos & Files and Collection items individually, even when using the bulk download functionality. Now, users have the option to have their downloads bundled together into a zip file. Because the compression process takes time, the user will be provided with a download link in their email when the compression is done. The more files included in the download request, particularly longer video files, the longer the zip process will take. We recommend chunking your video downloads into sets of 5-10, to ensure a prompt download.
Report Builder
Observation Comments: When a user is viewing Observations in the Report Builder, they will now be able to see any comments entered during that observation in it's own column. While this does add significantly more available rows to the list of available content, it should allow users to download all content when viewing Observations.

Learning Paths
Option to Hide Members and Discussion sections on Learning Paths Modules: Currently, the Members and Discussion tab of a learning path module will list all the currently enrolled learners, as well as their progress in the module. This data is accessible to the other learners in the module. This is a potential PII violation for some customers. The new functionality will allow module authors to customize their modules in a granular way to prevent unauthorized viewing of data. Authors will be given three new toggles in their module's settings page.
-
Learners can see other Learners
-
If this is set to 'No,' all functionality in the module that enable a learner to see another learner will be disabled.
-
If this is set to 'Yes,' the members tab will be populated with learner information, and the Author is given two additional toggles to customize their experience.
-
-
Learners can engage in discussions
-
If toggled to 'Yes,' the Discussion tab at the top of the module will be accessible, and the author can add the Discussion component when authoring.
-
-
Learners can view each other’s responses
-
If toggled to 'Yes,' the View User Responses component will be accessible when authoring.
-
-
-
Learners will not see the 'Members' or the 'Discussion' tab at the top of the module.
-
Authors will not be able to add the 'View User Responses' and 'Discussion' module components, and any components that are already added to the data form will be hidden.
