Troubleshooting Zoom Integration & Initiating Calls
Please see a few of our most common troubleshooting errors with our Zoom Integration feature below:
- I am an Admin in TORSH Talent, but Zoom is telling me I am not authorized to enable the Zoom Integration.
- To install the Zoom Integration on TORSH Talent, you must also be logged in as an Admin in your organization’s Zoom system on the same device that you are enabling the integration from. The email addresses are not required to match, however, you need to be logged in as an Admin in both Talent and Zoom in order for the integration to activate properly.

- To initiate a Zoom call on TORSH Talent, you must have an Organizational Zoom Account, and your Zoom account's email address must match your TORSH Talent account's email address. If they do not match, you can either change your email address on Zoom or email support@torsh.co to request that your TORSH Talent email be updated.
