What permissions do I have as an Observer role in TORSH Talent?

With a view-only Observer account, your colleagues using TORSH Talent can share their videos with you, but you will only be able to view the videos, comments, and attached documents to those shared artifacts.

As an Observer, you are not able to upload any videos or documents to Talent or add any feedback to shared artifacts. You will also not have access to the various other features for interaction that fully-licensed accounts in your system have - such as data forms, observations, self assessments, or goals.

If you need access to a fully-licensed account in TORSH Talent, we suggest reaching out to one of your System Admins from your organization. To change a user from an Observer role to a licensed Talent user, Admins can follow the steps outlined here.
