Why can I see that videos are being uploaded to my system, but I cannot watch them? (Admin)

All videos uploaded to your TORSH Talent account are private until they are shared. If you are an Admin, you will be able to see when all users have uploaded videos to Talent via our Insights and Report Builder tools, but you will not be able to view these videos unless the user who uploads them shares them directly with you. 

One common exception to this is when another user performs a Video Observation on a video upload. You will be able to see the video observed, as Admins have access to all Observations performed in your system; however, this will not count as a share, and you will not be able to share this video with others until it is properly shared with you by someone who has full access to the video.

Some systems may also have Automatic Sharing Rules in place that have any uploads automatically share with assigned coaches and the Admins of the system.
