Why does my login screen say 'User Not Found?'
If you receive the 'User Not Found' error message when attempting to log in to your TORSH Talent account, there may be an issue with your user account.

Incorrect Email Address
First, confirm that you are using the correct email address to log in to your account (if you are unsure, check your email inbox for any recent or pastTORSH Talent notification emails). If you are confident that your email address is correct, and you are still receiving this error message, please contact your System Administrator.
Deleted Account
It is also possible that your organization has deleted your account, or that your organization no longer uses TORSH Talent. If your account was deleted, all of your videos and files were also deleted, and you will not be able to log in to Talent. To verify this, please contact your System Administrator.
Incorrect TORSH Talent Platform
If you are a member of our HIPAA-secure platform, Talent HS, and you received this error message, please make sure that you are accessing Talent HS at either hs.torshtalent.com or www.torshtalenths.com before contacting your System Administrator.
If you are a HIPAA-Secure user, and you are visiting www.torshtalent.com, then you are on the wrong platform.
