Why does my TORSH Talent Mobile App keep logging me out when I temporarily close it?

By default, the TORSH Talent mobile app will keep you logged in to your previous login session at all times.

However, if you find that your mobile app keeps logging you out every time you close the app or temporarily move out of the mobile app to view another app on your device, this is because your System Admins have enabled a system setting that logs you out of your login session each time you temporarily (or fully) close out of the mobile app.

This setting is often implemented as an extra security measure by some systems in our Talent HIPAA-Secure platform to ensure that your login session is securely visited by the owner of the device the app is downloaded to.
