Learning Paths

Digital Certificates: Learners now receive digital certificates automatically upon the successful completion of both individual modules and entire collections. This functionality provides tangible recognition of their achievements.

  • Digital Certificate Generation - Certificates feature the learner’s name, the module/collection title, and the completion date, ensuring immediate and consistent acknowledgment of their progress. [READ MORE]

  • Customizable Templates - System administrators can easily manage and customize certificate templates, including options for custom logos, backgrounds, and signatures, ensuring that the certificates align with organizational branding. [READ MORE]

  • User Notifications - Automated email notifications are sent to learners, complete with a congratulatory message and a secure link to download their certificate, enhancing the user experience. [READ MORE]

Redesigned Learning Paths Collection Page: The Collection page has been updated for both authors and learners, offering a cleaner and more organized interface.

  • Improved User Interface - New settings and modules tabs allow for better navigation and management, while the introduction of collection-specific outcomes and certificate templates enhances the customization of the learner experience. [READ MORE]

  • Enhanced Collection Outcomes - Options like “Show Earned Units” and “Award Criteria” enable authors to set specific conditions for awarding certificates, providing a more tailored approach to learning outcomes.

Collection Enrollment: Learners can now enroll directly at the Collection level, simplifying the enrollment process.

  • Flexible Enrollment Options: Whether collections are sequential or non-sequential, the system adapts to ensure that learners are enrolled in the appropriate modules, streamlining their learning journey. [READ MORE]

Member Management Enhancements: Improved management of learners and moderators within Collections and Modules.

  • Enhanced Member Management - The updated members tab now includes separate sections for learners and moderators, along with functionalities like bulk removal and certificate viewing/downloading, providing admins with greater control and efficiency. [READ MORE]

Earned Certificate Tracking: A new "My Achievements" page allows both learners and administrators to track earned certificates for modules and collections.

  • Unified Certificate Tracking - Certificates for both modules and collections are listed in the same table, clearly labeled to indicate whether they were earned from the completion of a module or a collection. This unified view makes it easier for users to track and manage their achievements.

  • Administrator Option - System Admins have access to an "Others Achievements" tab, where they can view module and collection certificates earned by other users within their system, providing a comprehensive overview of learning progress across the organization. [READ MORE]

Module and Collection Score Display: Modules and Collections now display total scores when grading is enabled.

Additional Authoring Enhancements

  • Numeric Values for Answer Choices - Simplifies the authoring process by eliminating numeric value assignments for answer choices in Learning Paths.
  • Moving Components Between Sections - Allows authors to move components seamlessly between different sections within Learning Path Modules and Data Form Templates.
  • Adjustable Line Spacing in Text Components - Reintroduces the ability to modify line spacing in text area and text editor components, giving authors more control over content formatting.
  • Bulk Publishing and Unpublishing Modules - Enables system admins to bulk publish or unpublish modules from the "Module Management" page, streamlining the content management process. [READ MORE]

    A new 'Learning Paths' option has been added within the Management Panel. This page consolidates various settings, making it easier for system admins to manage Learning Path configurations.
