Upload File Support for AI Generation: Authors can now upload video, audio, PDF, PPT, or Google Drive files to generate module content with AI.
Data Form & Observation Completion via Activity Task: Participants can now complete a Data Form or submit an Observation (video or file) within a Learning Path module — including the ability to request feedback as part of the task. [LEARN MORE]

Feedback Request Statuses Added: New statuses: Not Started, In Progress, Completed.
PDF Export for Drafts: Observations and Self Assessments can now export PDFs while in a drafted state.
React Table Upgrade: All tables in Observations and Data Forms are now powered by an upgraded React table framework. [LEARN MORE]
New Saving Actions: [LEARN MORE]
- Save a Draft: Allows users to save a work-in-progress observation without marking it complete.
- Save as Complete: Replaces the previous "Save as Private" — marks the observation complete without sharing it.
- Complete and Share: Renamed from "Publish" — marks the observation complete and shares it with the intended recipient.
Sharing & Permissions:
- New Share Modal: Observations and Self Assessments now use the same Share modal as Data Forms. [LEARN MORE]
- Dynamic Share Table Dropdown: When Coaching Assignments are enabled, an 'Assigned' listing will be available to the users of the assignment in their artifact sharing modals.
