March 15, 2023 Release Notes

Data Forms

We have renamed “Coaching Logs” to “Data Forms” [READ MORE] and have added some great new features. In addition to the existing functionality, which has not changed, we have added the following:

  • Data forms now have the option input a number as an answer type.

  • Data form authors can now identify how the form will be used (e.g., as a place to record/take notes during a coaching session, perform a survey, create a questionnaire).

  • Data form authors can now specify the type of data that is inputted (“Effort - How much did I do”, “Fidelity - How well did I do it”, “Impact - What impact did my efforts have”).

  • Data forms now have the option to display radio buttons horizontally as well as vertically.

  • Data form authors now have the ability to limit the number of prompts that can be answered in a given section.

  • We have included a “Text Editor” component which can be used to add descriptions, instructions, or any other formatted text that the author may wish to add.

We've added a 'Disaggregation' control, which allows the author of the form to decide what data is aggregated together and what is disaggregated.
We have also added the ability to make an “alias” for Data Forms, so that admins can customize how the name of the feature is displayed in their TORSH system. [READ MORE]

Data forms can now be archived or deleted as needed by administrators in the Torsh platform as well. This can be useful for admins who wish to either disable or delete data form templates as needed. [READ MORE]

All Data Forms will have a visibility setting, allowing admins to make forms accessible to any user role. [READ MORE]

Once a data form is completed, you can now use the built-in sharing functionality of the Talent platform to share to others in your system. [READ MORE]

Legacy Insights

We have added a new field to the 'Video Interaction with Rubric' report titled: "Videos Shared by Coach." This can be helpful for admins who want to capture videos shared by a coach or admin to/with a mentee.

Learning Paths

Coaches can now link a published Learning Path to an Action Step or Goal to better streamline sharing resources to mentees.

NOTE: If the Coach or Admin successfully adds a user to a Learning Path through the attachment method, and then attempts to remove the attached Path, they will be unsuccessful. To remove users from Learning Paths, the coach or admin must go to the learning paths management tab.
